Our double rooms have a queen-sized double bed and are ideal for long term stays. All double rooms come complete with a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV and table & chairs. There is free WIFI up to 2 GB per month.

Park Ave Residence has 6 am to 10 pm kitchen and laundry facilities with multiple washing machines, clothes dryers as well as irons and ironing boards so you will have everything you need.
