Our Twin Rooms with shared facilities have two large single beds and are ideal for long or short term stays. Suitable for two adults or one adult and one child our Twin Rooms come complete with a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV and table & chairs. There is free WIFI up to 2 GB per month.
These rooms are spacious, comfortable and affordable and have access to shared bathroom facilities, a communal kitchen and laundry facilities for your use. The kitchen is located on the ground floor and comes complete with stovetops, ovens and washing facilities.
Park Ave Residence has 6 am to 10 pm kitchen and laundry facilities with multiple washing machines, clothes dryers as well as irons and ironing boards so you will have everything you need.
