Park Ave Residence is fully managed by on-site managers, to provide you with assistance and advice, making sure your stay with us is as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.

An on-site manager is available for guests and tenants who require urgent assistance outside of reception hours.

Fully Furnished

At Park Ave Residence, our rooms are fully furnished rooms with a bed, heater, flat-screen TV, standing wardrobe, table & chairs. A kitchenette; complete with sink, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and an ensuite are also available with selected rooms.

Spacious Rooms

Our rooms are spacious and have excellent natural light with large externally facing windows. The modern interiors are clean, tidy and well arranged to maximize the space and make for comfortable living.

Shared Kitchen Facilities

We have a brand new communal kitchen for your use, complete with stovetops, ovens and washing facilities. The dining area has plenty of space for you to relax and enjoy your meals.

Laundry Facilities

Park Ave Residence has laundry facilities, situated on the basement level of the building. With multiple washing machines and clothes dryers, these facilities have everything you need.

Secured Car Parking

We offer a limited number of on-site car parks. The car park is conveniently located next to the Park Ave Residence building for guests to use. Costs are $25 per night for short term stays only. For the long term, please contact reception.

Housekeeping Services

At Park Ave Residence we have an optional cleaning service available. The service is non-intrusive and perfect if you lead a busy lifestyle, but still, want to enjoy a tidy living space. Contact us to discuss options.

WIFI Available

Each of our rooms has a WIFI connection, for strong and fast high-speed internet access. WIFI is free for short term stayers provided the level of usage is reasonable. For long term stayers, please contact reception.

Ensuite With Shower And Toilet

Our rooms come in two different styles – either with a private ensuite, complete with a toilet and shower or with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities. All ensuites are designed to modern and stylish standards, rooms are clean, spacious and easy to maintain.

Security

Security and safety are important to us here at Park Ave Residence, we have swipe card access for all rooms. We also operate CCTV cameras, for the security of the building’s exterior, as well as some interior common areas.

Good Natural Light

Most of our rooms have expansive windows, which allow for maximum natural light, with good views from the upper levels. The window rooms are tranquil and relaxing and allow for guests to lay in bed and look out over the surrounding landscape.
